Standard insurance excess is £750 by purchasing CDW insurance this will reduce excess to £250 cost of CDW is £9 per day with the maximum charge of £36 per week all prices subject to VAT @ 20%.

Lost keys will incur a fee for a replacement key/fob and recode approximate cost £150 for a Ford key or £225 for a Fiat key.

All vehicles are supplied with 1/4 tank of fuel please return with 1/4 tank of fuel if not we will refill and make a charge to replace the fuel also please make sure you check the fuel type of the vehicle you are driving most of our fleet are diesel if misfueled a charge will be made.

Damaged or punctured tyres are the responsibility of the hirer costs to repair or replace are not covered by any insurance.

We Pre-Delivery Inspect every van before it leaves the service centre inc. fuel level, lights, levels, tyres, wipers, etc but ultimately it is the drivers responsibility for the roadworthiness of the vehicle if you have the vehicle for a extended period of time and or covering a large mileage please check light and levels regularly or call it to our service centre and we can check and top up free of charge.
